1. Global Monitoring System

Global Monitoring is a crisis information system that identifies and analyses critical events world-wide and displays them in a web-based geo-information system. This internet-based provides an overview of current risks and details of how many of their employees are potentially affected.

Information is delivered in more than 40 categories including political crises, hurricanes, strikes, flooding, earthquakes, terrorism, volcanic ash, epidemics and tsunamis. All events are rated on a 5-point scale. All information is geo-referenced and displayed on various maps, event tickers and RSS feeds.

Individual events have different degrees of relevance for different customers. In a crisis, it is very important to quickly determine how many, and which employees and customers are located in potential risk areas, in order to be able to react immediately. For this reason, events are assessed against geo-referenced, customer-specific data as they occur.

The warning system automatically alerts managers and employees of potential risks, and provides

information on events that are relevant to employees or companies, around the clock. The integrated communication system allows direct communication with travellers via SMS and E-mail.

2. Travel Tracking System

This module, in combination with the Global Monitoring System, allows you to have a permanent

overview about where your travellers are and how to contact them by incorporating company

specific travel data (booking data).

The system allows for automated distribution of Travel Alerts using e-mail and/or SMS sent to the respective contacts contained in the booking data as well as e-mails containing destination country information (as PDF attachment) prior to departure.

The Travel Tracking System ensures maximum security for companies and employees before and

during business trips. This is made possible by three pillars:

· Automated import of booking data into the Global Monitoring System

· Sending of detailed country information incl. risk classification in advance of the trip

· Sending of up-to-date travel alerts to travellers in case of emergency during the trip

3. Global Monitoring App

The Global Monitoring App for smartphones sends you push notifications regarding travel risks at your current location / travel destination. The App alerts you directly about hazard and travel risks relevant to your location. You receive alerts, additional information and behavioural instructions, directly to your mobile phone.

4. Country and City Information Portal

Did you know that companies are required to inform their employees of possible risks in the destination country as part of their duty of care and information? The country and city portal is perfectly suited for this purpose.

Our country and city information portal provides information on all countries of the world and is predominantly aimed at corporate customers and business travellers, enabling them to obtain an indepth overview of a travel destination. The editorial team, which keeps track of events on a global scale, assigns a risk level from 1 to 5 to each country on the basis of various criteria.

Users additionally benefit from a great deal of other information – for example, relating

to health, transport or infrastructure. The latter category includes air traffic, public

transport, taxis, passenger cars/hire cars as well as possible strikes. In the category of health, users are provided with useful information on necessary vaccinations or risks of infection.

5. 24/7 Security Assistance Hotline

The 24/7 Security Assistance Hotline allows travellers access to competent analysts at any time of the day from any country in the world. Upon calling, the caller’s data will be taken and he will be connected to a security consultant on duty who can handle all requests in English language.
